It is good to wash your pillow case as it will not be harmed by
washing. As a matter of fact, washing your sheets keeps it fresh and rids of all body sweats and nasties that may linger on your sheets from excessive usage!
Make sure to wash in a washing machine in warm water and in the case of using a tumble drier, to keep it on low gentle heat.
However, please keep in mind that bleaches or oils can damage the silver threads which assist in the grounding potential of your sheets, so we'd refrain from using those.
